From front desk to payment to the queue, in one flow.
For clinics and hospitals that want to register patients, book visits, bill and see who is waiting, and for free outreach teams working in the field.
What you can do
- Put a price on each service. Create a service with a duration and give it a price. When a price changes, a new version is added and bills already raised never change.
- Register a patient and give them a number. Only the first and last name are required. Registration checks for someone already on record, and the patient gets a patient number.
- Book and bill in one step. Choose the patient, the service and the time, check what the patient pays and press Book and bill.
- Take the payment and see it marked Paid. Open the invoice, choose how the patient is paying and press Take payment. The invoice changes to Paid.
- Check a patient in once the bill is paid. When the patient arrives, press Check in. The row shows Payment verified once the bill is paid.
- See who is waiting. The overview shows the queue. Press Start consultation when the patient goes in and Complete when they are finished.
- Take walk-ins too. Someone who comes without an appointment is registered from the same screen with their service and the reason for the visit.
- Keep clinical notes on the visit record. Clinical staff write notes, vitals and orders on the visit record.
