Set up the school year once. Then take the register and record fees every day.
For primary and secondary schools that want classes, students, parents, attendance and fees in one place.
What you can do
- Set up the school year and its terms. Create a session and add its terms. Attendance, results and fees then follow the current session and term.
- Create classes and subjects. Add each class with its capacity and the subjects you teach, each with a short code.
- Add students without keeping a number list. Add a student and leave the admission number empty: the school's next number is used.
- Link parents to their children. Add a parent with a name and phone, then link them to a student from the student's page.
- Take the register in a minute. Mark everyone present, then change the few who are late, absent or excused, and save the register.
- Raise fees for a student or a whole class. Add the school's fees, such as tuition, then raise an invoice for one student or for a whole class at once.
- Record payments and see who still owes. Record the money you received and how it was paid. The Debtors tab lists who still owes.
- Open a portal for students and parents when you are ready. The student and parent portal is off until a school administrator switches it on in School settings. Parents cannot sign in to anything before then.
